We are familiar with the heavily regulated environment of government agencies, having conducted several complex investigations involving issues ranging from disability discrimination, victimisation and multiple grievances.
We have conducted several investigations into allegations against directors of public bodies, involving disciplinary issues relating to harassment, sexual harassment and performance.
We were retained by the Chief Executive of a major public body in Wales to conduct a wide ranging investigation into a dysfunctional directorate which was characterised by conflict, hostility, collective grievances, excessive staff attrition and a fundamental breakdown of relationships.

We have conducted a complex investigation at a senior level in a Local Authority involving multiple disciplinary, grievance and whistle blowing issues in a heavily unionised environment, which had occurred within a dysfunctional service area.
The investigation was high profile, complicated by conflict amongst competing union factions and subject to the scrutiny of other stakeholders. Our involvement with this organisation continued over a period of over two years

We have conducted a major investigation into multiple disciplinary issues, some potentially involving the negligent care of vulnerable young adults. The increasing incidence of disciplinary issues had led to a breakdown of effective management within the organisation, which at one stage was threatened with closure.

Investigations in the private sector have included an assessment and investigation of allegations of sexual harassment against the Human Resources Director of a major manufacturing organisation, an inquiry into and investigation of potential fraud and deception by a senior manager within a manufacturing organisation in Wales, and an investigation into allegations of a breakdown of trust and confidence within a telecommunications company.
